This store is integrated with the Western Bid™ e-commerce platform, and Western Bid, Inc. is the Merchant of Record for all purchases made in this store. Therefore, you will see “WESTERN BID” listed as the payee on your PayPal account and credit card statement.

Digital Product License:
Product purchase granting permission to download digital materials (embroidery design files and graphics) on sgembroidery is for personal and commercial creation of finished physical items (e.g., embroidered apparel, t-shirts, patches). This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title. Under this license, you may NOT share, resell, sub-license, redistribute, or transfer the digital design files in whole or in part in any format.

SECTION 3 - ORDERS
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. sgembroidery reserves the right to accept or decline your order for any reason at its discretion. Your order is not accepted until sgembroidery confirms acceptance. We must receive and process your payment before your order is accepted. Please review your order carefully before submitting. In the event that we do not accept, make a change to, or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you by contacting the e‑mail or billing address provided at the time the order was made.
Purchases of digital items are subject to our Refund Policy.

All transactions are processed via our authorized payment partners, including Western Bid, Inc. as the Merchant of Record. You represent and warrant that (i) the payment and credit card information you provide is true, correct, and complete, (ii) you are duly authorized to use such payment method, and (iii) charges incurred by you will be honored by your financial institution or card issuer.

Our Services, including but not limited to all trademarks, embroidery designs, digital assets, graphics, images, logos, text, and software, are owned by sgembroidery, its affiliates, or licensors and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.
The unauthorized reproduction, modification, distribution, or public display of our original digital assets outside the scope of the limited product license is strictly prohibited.

SECTION 6 - THIRD-PARTY SERVICES AND TOOLS
Certain content, products, and services available via our Service may include materials or tools from third parties (including Shopify and payment gateways). We are not liable for any harm or damages related to the purchase or use of goods, services, resources, or content made in connection with any third-party websites.

SECTION 7 - RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY
sgembroidery is powered by Shopify, which provides the e-commerce hosting platform. However, sales and purchases you make in our store are made directly with sgembroidery and our designated Merchant of Record.

All personal information collected through the Services is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Shopify’s standard data processing practices.
